FAQs

Brown Bullet on Stop the Cop.com "The people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies which serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know." California Government Code, Section 54950

Brown Bullet on Stop the Cop.com  YOU CAN LOSE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE
A traffic ticket is not a simple matter! Simply paying a traffic summons does not end the matter since the DMV puts POINTS on your license for most traffic infractions. Click here to read more!!!

Why is your process better than books about beating your ticket?

All of the books on the market have you start by entering a plea of not guilty. Once you have done this, you have consented to their jurisdiction. Our process is challenging them about bringing a civil matter into a criminal jurisdiction. Once you have pled, it is too late. They have you trapped. You go into court using our system instead of entering a plea.

Does this process work in all states?

Yes. The general principles are the same anywhere in the United States. Our program was implemented in California, but the principles work anywhere that is governed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

Do I have to appear in court?

If you want to win. If you don't appear, you only have two options: admit guilt and pay, or have a warrant for your arrest. Winners fight back in court, losers mail in checks.

Does this process work for tickets other than traffic related incidents?

Yes. One of our clients is using this process to fight a ticket for letting her dog run loose. The dog had not caused any damages to anyone. That is the key. If you are being given a ticket to be heard in a criminal jurisdiction and there is not an injured party, this technique should work for you.
